In October 2021, following COP26, the Archdiocese of Birmingham set the very ambitious target of reaching zero emissions by 2030.  

The Birmingham Archdiocese Climate Action group asked all schools to sign up to CAFOD’s LiveSimply aware by the end of 2021.  The aims of the LiveSimply award are to show how our community have been living: 

• simply 

• in solidarity with people in poverty 

• sustainably with creation. 

In the coming weeks we will be sharing with pupils, parents and parishioners what we intend to do, as a school, to ensure that we 'live simply'.
