Friday 5th July saw the last Catholic Teachers event of the school year, the swimming gala. An under 9 and under 11 team took part in the event at Perdiswell Leisure Centre. This is always an exciting event and this year did not disappoint. The boys and girls teams bravely swam all their races in front of a packed audience of noisy supporters. The cheers obviously helped as this was our most successful gala ever!
We won medals in the following events:
Harriet Bateman – Under 9 back stroke – 1st
Lilly Gnyla – Under 9 front crawl - 3rd
James Bury – Under 11 back stroke – 1st
Under 9 girls front crawl relay – 3rd
Under 11 girls medley relay – 3rd
Under 11 boys medley relay – 3rd
