On Friday 5th July the girls football team took part in a girls football tournament at Cherry Orchard.  Despite the blazing sun, the girls drew their first match against the hosts and then beat St Barnabas 1-0 in the second game.  The 3rd game ended in a draw against Whittington and was enough for us to progress to the semi finals.  Here we faced a tough game against Cranham which we unfortunatley lost 1-0.  All the girls had great fun and should be very proud of their 3rd place overall.  Well done to everyone.
